She is a nurse and public health specialist with years of work in HIV and ageing fields where she designs, implements and evaluates programs and conducts research. With over a decade of experience, she worked with organizations collaborating with CDC and US PEPFAR to lead HIV, TB, and Orphan and Vulnerable Children programs in Nigeria. Driven by her passion for the lives and rights of older persons, she leads ageing programming through the organization she founded; Mission to Elderlies Foundation. As its Director, she leads the designing, funding, implementation and evaluation of programs that make services especially healthcare accessible and affordable for older persons. Dr. Subhadip Pal, born on 21st December, 1988, began his teaching career as an assistant professor at the MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, in Odisha. He began working at School of Agriculture and Allied Sciences, The Neotia University in West Bengal as an assistant professor since 2020. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Agriculture from Palli Siksha Bhabana, Visva Bharati University, West Bengal in the year 2010. In 2013, he earned his master's degree in agricultural economics from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. While pursuing his master's degree, he was awarded a Junior Research Fellow Scholarship. In 2023, he earned his doctorate degree in agricultural economics from the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. "Economic study on irrigation and sustainable ground water resource management in West Bengal" was the title of his doctoral dissertation. Eleven academic papers, three popular articles, and one book chapter are all to his credit. He actively participates in the peer review process for ten international journals. The VDGOOD Professional Association awarded Dr. Pal the "Young Scientist Award" for 2019. He received the Kamarajar Institute of Education and Research's "Best Outstanding Young Scientist National Award 2021" at Theni, Tamilnadu, India. Dr. Pal won the ‘Young Scientist Award’ at International Conference on "Innovative approaches in Agriculture, Horticulture & allied Sciences" 29-31 March, 2023 jointly organized by SGT UNIVERSITY, GURUGRAM & Just Agriculture-the Magazine. Dr. Pal has one design patent to his credit.

Economic viability analysis, women's empowerment, self-help groups, groundwater resource management, and integrated water resource management are among his areas of interest.
