Driven by her passion for the rights of older persons in Africa, she retired from her executive position in HIV programming to establish the Mission to Elderlies Foundation. He did B.Sc (Hons.) Horticulture, M.Sc and Ph.D. in Fruit Science from ASPEE College of Horticulture and Forestry, NAU, Navsari, Gujarat and Qualified ICAR National Eligibility Test (NET). He has received National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education during Ph.D. for research work on Fruit Science. Dr. Hemant was conferred with Young Horticulturist Award in 2024. He is also serving as editorial and review board member of many national and international journals. He has several book chapters, research papers and articles to his credit in reputed National and International Journals. Apart from his scientific background Dr. Hemant is 8 times national player in Kho Kho and Athletics (Running-1500m). Dr. Harshavardhan Namdeo Markad is an Assistant Professor of Plant Pathology at the Government College of Agri-Business Management, Kashti, affiliated with Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth (MPKV), Rahuri, India. He earned his PhD in Plant Pathology from MPKV, Rahuri, and his Master's from VNMKV, Parbhani. Dr. Markad has qualified for the ASRB NET exam three times in his field. He has received six national and international awards, including the Best Thesis Award (2018), Best Oral Presentation Award (2019), and Best PhD Thesis Award (2023). His research has been supported by the state government's Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research Fellowship. Dr. Markad has presented at over 15 conferences and has participated in more than 25 events at the national and international levels. He completed an international training program at AIT, Bangkok, focusing on advanced agricultural technologies such as drones, IoT, and Google Earth Engine. He has authored 23 research articles published in reputed journals and over 30 popular articles in his field of agriculture science. For the educating farmers. Dr. Markad has also broadcasted three radio talks and 5 training programs under taluka agriculture office on disease management. He is active on LinkedIn, ORCID, Google scholar and Research Gate.

Dr. Debadatta Panda joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Agriculture, CUO, Koraput on 22nd July, 2024. She has obtained the Ph.D. degree in Agriculture with specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding from TNAU, Coimbatore. She has worked in the area of Cotton Breeding, Chickpea breeding and Prebreeding in Cotton. She has cleared many prestigious examinations like ICAR-NET (ASRB), GATE and has published several research paper, review paper and book chapters in journals and edited books of national and international repute. She also participated in more than 15 seminars and conferences at different levels. She believes in idea that the cumulative impact of every small contribution has a compounding and meaningful impact on the world.
