Dr. Ashim Midya, Ph. D (Agronomy), SEFM., is now working in the Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal, India as Joint Director of Agriculture (Personal). He has completed B. Sc (Ag) from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKVV), West Bengal and the recipient of ASPEE Gold Medal from BCKVV (1997-2001), for excellence in Plant Protection. He completed his Masters in Agronomy securing highest OGPA and distinction within the batch from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar (2001-2003), in India, and was awarded Ph. D degree in Agronomy securing highest OGPA within the batch from Institute of Agriculture, Visva Bharati.
He was recipient of Research Fellowship from Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi and Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata (2003-2005). He qualified National Eligibility Test twice conducted by Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research). He is eminent Fellow of Scholar Academic & Scientific Society. He is handling various Government Schemes and Projects for more than nineteen years since joining in the Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal in 2005 and engaged in research, training, disseminating research and technologies for betterment of agricultural and allied research and extension management.

Dr. Daniel Pompa is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a Fellow in both The American
Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Pompa practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 30 years in New York City and now lectures full-time.
In the October 2023 issue of “Dentistry Today”, Dr. Pompa was cited as a “Leader in Continuing Dental Education” for 2024. He was also listed in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Dr. Pompa has been a guest speaker multiple times at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine,
New York University College of Dentistry, University of Florida College of Dentistry, University of

Dr. Dhiman Mukherjee is a Agronomist with a special interest in Crop Husbandry, Medicinal Plant, Nutrient and Weed Management. He did his MS in 2000 and Ph.D 2004 in Agronomy from Institute of Agricultural Science, Banaras Hindu University. He has qualify NET three time and presently working as Associate Professor (Agronomy), under the aegis of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidayalya. He has an excellent academic record throughout his carrier. He has experience in research, teaching and extension work in agronomy in various way for last 20 years. His work on the conservation of high altitude endangered medicinal plant (viz. Swertia.chirota, Coptis teeta, Valerina jatamansi etc.), resource conservation technique under various cropping system are quite acceptable for farming community. He has registered 42 valuable germplasm of high altitude medicinal plant (North East Himalaya). Award and laurels won by Dr. Mukherjee run into volumes. He has been honored with Indira Gandih Shiromany award and Bhara Jyoti Award in 2011 for outstanding achievement and contribution in the field of agricultural sciences. He received Bhara Shiksha Ratan award in the year 2012, for his colossal involvement in the field of research and extension activity. He revived CWSS Young Scientist Award in 2013 for valuable contribution the field of agronomy. He was honored with Outstanding Scientist Award in 2015 and Scientist of the Year award in 2019 from GEWS. He has so far published more than 153 papers in national and international repute journals along with 41 book chapter and 36 popular article. He is a Fellow of Society of Hind Agri Horticultural Society (FHAS) and Fellow of Indian Society of Oilseed Research (FISOR). Scientist, National Animal Production Research Institute (NAPRI), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria
As an Animal Scientist, I am interested in exploring nutritional strategies for improving animal production and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from ruminant livestock. I completed a Higher Degree By Research (HDR; Master of Philosophy in Animal Science) from the University of Queensland, Australia, where I investigated the effects of fresh microalgae (Chlorella vulgaris) as a feed supplement for improving sheep performance, carcass characteristics and meat quality. Additionally, I have obtained an International Diploma in Animal Feed from Aeres Training Centre International in Barneveld, the Netherlands. Furthermore, I hold a Master's degree in Animal Science from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria, where I conducted a research project to investigate the effects of soy milk as a substitute for cow's milk in dairy calf nutrition. Moreso, I have completed a Bachelor of Agriculture degree at the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, where I developed and tested a novel feed supplement for ruminants based on Multi-Nutrient Blocks (MNB). Nonetheless, I have served as a research scientist at the National Animal Production Research Institute (NAPRI) in Nigeria, where I was involved in different research projects on strategies to improve animal production. I have also worked as a farm coach, where I provided technical guidance and assistance to farmers on sustainable feeding techniques.
In recognition of the pedigree of my work, I have received highly competitive awards, grants and scholarships. I have authored over 50 scientific papers and presented at various national and international conferences. My expertise and contributions to livestock nutrition have been globally recognised, evident from my invitation as a Next Generation Delegate to the Global Food Security Symposium by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, USA. My work has also gained recognition on professional platforms like LinkedIn, where I have over 7,000 connections and 9,000 followers. My expertise in animal nutrition includes advanced knowledge and skills in conducting in vitro and in vivo experiments; sustainable ruminant production systems; mitigation of greenhouse gases such as methane; and management approaches to utilise existing feed resources more efficiently.
My commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond research. I understand the transformative power of education. I am currently mentoring over 20 future scholars in the Ag-Food Sector who aspire to contribute meaningfully to their home countries and the world by sharing firsthand knowledge, guidance, and experiences.

Dr. Loveson Lakhani, born in Tharparkar district, which is part of Sindh province, Pakistan. He is graduated as a Doctor of veterinary medicine from Sindh Agriculture University in Tandojam, Pakistan, in 2021 and returned to the same university to become a veterinary surgeon in Tandojam, Pakistan, where he practiced for almost 3 years. Now he is the first veterinary surgeon in his District Tharparkar.
Dr, Loveson Lakhani, who is called ""Love"" for short, was born on 24 November 1996 in Mithi city District Tharparkar, County Pakistan. Dr, Loveson attended Govt: boys Primary School Meghwar colony Mithi and he completed his SSC from Amar Jagdish Malani govt; boys high school north colony Mithi. He also completed his HSC from Sadique Faqeer Government Boys Degree College, Mithi. At age 18, he was captivated with the idea of a career treating sick animals. One years later, in 2015, he decided to become a vet doctor after 5 years he completed his degree from Sindh Agriculture University and now he is serving his life for care and treat the sick animals. Now he is the Government veterinary surgeon.
Dr, Loveson took five years to complete the five-year programm at Sindh Agriculture University. Now he is the first veterinary surgeon in his district Tharparkar. He continued his online education in the “Avian, Reptile, Exotic Mammal, and Fish Endoscopy Course” from October 25, 2021, at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia

Prof. Nasser Tarraf Ibrahem is a specialist in spectral plant growth analysis and modeling spectral crop yield prediction. Prof. Ibrahem's educational background in crop field physiology and spectral analysis of growth and yield under different agro-environments and climate conditions.
In recognition of his international contribution to Food Security, Prof. Ibrahem received Award of the Arab Food Security in the Field of Pioneering National Initiatives for the year 2023. Also, Award of Distinguished Scientific Research for the year 2016 in the field of Remote Sensing due to design an algorithms of spectral yield wheat prediction. While, in recognition of his national contribution issued Republican Presidential Decree due to obtaining and implementing a “patent” in his organization.

Dr. Sitesh Chatterjee was born at Amodghata village of Mogra in Hooghly district of West Bengal on 23rd January, 1977. Dr. Chatterjee completed and passed his Higher Secondary examination (73.2%) with 1st Division and National Scholarship in 1993. He passed out B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. (75.6%) in 1998 and M.Sc. (Ag.) (84.8%) in 2000 from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV) with 1st Division and Ph.D. (89.3%) from Visva-Bharati University, Sriniketan, Birbhum. He has qualified Research Eligibility Test (RET) examination in 2009. He also been awarded the University Merit Scholarship for M.Sc. (Ag.) course from BCKV. He started his career as a High School Teacher in 2001 and after 2 years he joined in the post of Assistant Entomologist, West Bengal Agricultural Service (Research), Group - ‘A’ service at Sugarcane Research Station, Bethuadahari, Nadia. He was transferred to Rice Research Station, Chinsurah in 2007. After completion of more than 20 years of service he has been promoted to the post of Entomologist, West Bengal Higher Agricultural Service (Research), Group - ‘A’ in 2023 at Rice Research Station, Chinsurah. He has completed his career as an Agricultural Scientist of the state for more than 21 years in his career. Dr. Chatterjee served his career as Guest teacher/ Guest faculty at the University of Calcutta, Kolkata and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI), Narendrapur for more than 11 academic years by teaching M.Sc. students.
