Mr. Alemu Gashe Desta

Mr. Rahman working as a scientist at Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute, Headquarters, Mymensingh, Bangladesh. He is intensely affiliated with various research activities i.e., lab to field-based experiment in intensive and semi-intensive aquaculture system. He has a praiseworthy expertise on fish feed technology and aquaculture nutrition to optimize the feed utilization. He worked on specific growth rate (SGR) of fish (Oreochromis niloticus and Labeo rohita) to determine the growth performance at different sampling stages. His discipline included Aquaculture, Fish Feed Nutrition, Feed Technology, Fish Feed Formulation and Aquaculture Management. He also worked as Researcher with USAID Funded WorldFish Bangladesh to support the country’s coastal fishing communities to improve the food security through research-led fisheries management initiatives. Mr. Rahman is working as a Reviewer of Aquaculture Nutrition (Hindawi and Wiley Publishers; Q1 Journal; Impact Factor: 3.5) and working as an International Council Member of International Journal of Biological innovations. He is also involved as Reviewer of Asian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Research (AJFAR) and intimately serving as an Editorial Board Member of the remarkable number of international Journals.

Dr. Daniel G. Pompa
Biography:
Surgeon, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Visiting Speaker at 15 University Dental Schools, USA
Dr. Daniel Pompa is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a Fellow in both The American
Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Pompa practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 30 years in New York City and now lectures full-time.
In the October 2023 issue of “Dentistry Today”, Dr. Pompa was cited as a “Leader in Continuing Dental Education” for 2024. He was also listed in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Dr. Pompa has been a guest speaker multiple times at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine,
New York University College of Dentistry, University of Florida College of Dentistry, University of
Maryland School of Dentistry, University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and the Oregon Health Science University School of Dentistry. Dan has also presented at the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona, University of Tennessee College of Dental Medicine and Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. In 2024, he has been invited to present at three new Dental Schools.
Dr. Pompa has published in numerous journals including: The “Journal of the American Dental

Dr. Loveson lakhani is a veterinarian who is a qualified surgeon in his field and is better known by his doctoral name, Dr. Lakhani.
Dr. Loveson Lakhani, born in Tharparkar district, which is part of Sindh province, Pakistan. He is graduated as a Doctor of veterinary medicine from Sindh Agriculture University in Tandojam, Pakistan, in 2021 and returned to the same university to become a veterinary surgeon in Tandojam, Pakistan, where he practiced for almost 3 years. He is best known for writing research articles, short memoirs, opinions, and editorial papers, as well as about small and large animals. Now he is the first veterinary surgeon in his District Tharparkar.
Dr, Loveson Lakhani, who is called ""Love"" for short, was born on 24 November 1996 in Mithi city District Tharparkar, County Pakistan. Dr, Loveson attended Govt: boys Primary School Meghwar colony Mithi and he completed his SSC from Amar Jagdish Malani govt; boys high school north colony Mithi. He also completed his HSC from Sadique Faqeer Government Boys Degree College, Mithi. At age 18, he was captivated with the idea of a career treating sick animals. One years later, in 2015, he decided to become a vet doctor after 5 years he completed his degree from Sindh Agriculture University and now he is serving his life for care and treat the sick animals. Now he is the Government veterinary surgeon.
Dr, Loveson took five years to complete the five-year programm at Sindh Agriculture University. Now he is the first veterinary surgeon in his district Tharparkar. He continued his online education in the “Avian, Reptile, Exotic Mammal, and Fish Endoscopy Course” from October 25, 2021, at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia

Dr. Ashim Midya, Ph. D (Agronomy), SEFM., is now working in the Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal, India as Joint Director of Agriculture (Personal). He has completed B. Sc (Ag) from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKVV), West Bengal and the recipient of ASPEE Gold Medal from BCKVV (1997-2001), for excellence in Plant Protection. He completed his Masters in Agronomy securing highest OGPA and distinction within the batch from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar (2001-2003), in India, and was awarded Ph. D degree in Agronomy securing highest OGPA within the batch from Institute of Agriculture, Visva Bharati.
He was recipient of Research Fellowship from Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi and Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata (2003-2005). He qualified National Eligibility Test twice conducted by Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research). Dr. Eber Luis de Lima Stevao
Biography:

Dr. Eber-Luis Stevao (DDS, EdS, PhD - Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon) was born in Southern Brazil in the year of 1968. He graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Parana, School of Dentistry, Curitiba - Brazil, obtaining a DDS degree. He completed his post-graduation studies in Teachings and Didactics receiving the degree of Specialist in Advanced Education. His Residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 1996-1999. During the residency he started his Doctorate in OMFS receiving his Ph.D. degree from Pontiff Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, School of Dentistry, Porto Alegre - Brazil. His thesis was about Bone Repair. In 2001 he was accepted for a 2-full year fellowship training in OMFS at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas - TX under Dr. Larry M. Wolford´s tutelage, focusing in Dentofacial Deformities and TMJ diseases treatments. At the end of 2003, Dr. Stevao brought to Brazil the conventional technique for TMJ Surgical Prosthesis and legalized the TMJ total joint prosthesis (TMJ Concepts System – Stryker Ventura, CA) being the first surgeon to perform a science-based TMJ total joint alloplastic replacement in Brazil with that alloplastic system. In 2008 he was the first South American to enter the reclusive American Society of Temporomandibular Surgeons (ASTMJS) and is still affiliated to it. Besides his three already published textbooks, he wrote, edited and published the very first illustrative text-book about TMJ Surgery launched in 2014, in Chicago – IL during the annual ASTMJS meeting, and has more than fifty scientific publications in international journals.

Dr. Ishaya Usman Gadzama
Biography:
Scientist, National Animal Production Research Institute (NAPRI), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria
As an Animal Scientist, I am interested in exploring nutritional strategies for improving animal production and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from ruminant livestock. I completed a Higher Degree By Research (HDR; Master of Philosophy in Animal Science) from the University of Queensland, Australia, where I investigated the effects of fresh microalgae (Chlorella vulgaris) as a feed supplement for improving sheep performance, carcass characteristics and meat quality. Additionally, I have obtained an International Diploma in Animal Feed from Aeres Training Centre International in Barneveld, the Netherlands. Furthermore, I hold a Master's degree in Animal Science from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria, where I conducted a research project to investigate the effects of soy milk as a substitute for cow's milk in dairy calf nutrition. Moreso, I have completed a Bachelor of Agriculture degree at the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, where I developed and tested a novel feed supplement for ruminants based on Multi-Nutrient Blocks (MNB). Nonetheless, I have served as a research scientist at the National Animal Production Research Institute (NAPRI) in Nigeria, where I was involved in different research projects on strategies to improve animal production. I have also worked as a farm coach, where I provided technical guidance and assistance to farmers on sustainable feeding techniques.
In recognition of the pedigree of my work, I have received highly competitive awards, grants and scholarships. I have authored over 50 scientific papers and presented at various national and international conferences. My expertise and contributions to livestock nutrition have been globally recognised, evident from my invitation as a Next Generation Delegate to the Global Food Security Symposium by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, USA. My work has also gained recognition on professional platforms like LinkedIn, where I have over 7,000 connections and 9,000 followers. My expertise in animal nutrition includes advanced knowledge and skills in conducting in vitro and in vivo experiments; sustainable ruminant production systems; mitigation of greenhouse gases such as methane; and management approaches to utilise existing feed resources more efficiently.
My commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond research. I understand the transformative power of education. I am currently mentoring over 20 future scholars in the Ag-Food Sector who aspire to contribute meaningfully to their home countries and the world by sharing firsthand knowledge, guidance, and experiences.
My goal is to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the agri-food sector to develop and conduct demand-driven research projects that will lead to tangible interventions, and positively impact society.

My research interests are primarily centered around ruminant nutrition, dairy and beef production, alternative protein sources, and sustainability in agriculture.
Dr. Shahir
Biography:
Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural Engineering, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, India
Dr. S. Shahir is working as Associate professor and Hod in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education since July 2020. Previously he worked at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology and contributed to syllabus framing, lab establishment, etc. He has 12 years of experience in multi-disciplinary areas like teaching, research and industry field. He obtained his undergraduate in 2005 and post graduate degree in 2008 in the field of “Food and Agricultural Processing” in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU). He was awarded with UGC fellowship during his PhD and completed the same in 2014. He did his PhD in Studies on development of farm level ripening chamber for Banana and Mango. He published 21 national and international articles and 2 patents were granted to his credit. He served as a Subject expert in the Board of Studies for Paavai Engineering College, Mahendra Engineering College, Sethu institute of Technology from Tamil Nadu and MES Mampad College, Kerala.
He got a meritorious “Canadian Commonwealth Fellowship” funded by the Government of Canada during his PhD work and underwent Research at McGill University, Canada under the guidance of Dr. Valerie Orsat and Dr.G.S.V.Raghavan. He underwent research on extending the shelf life of banana and their value addition. Apart from this, he got a university-level fellowship (Periyar Endowment) for meritorious students in TNAU during post-graduate studies and from the University Grant Commission during PhD.

Dr. Rajendra Bairwa

Assistant Professor, Department of Agriculture (Soil Science), Mewar University, India
Dr. Rajendra Bairwa currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences at Mewar University, located in Gangrar, Chittorgarh (Rajasthan), India. Hailing from a farmer family, Chironj, Tonk District (Rajasthan), India, Dr. Bairwa completed his schooling in Tonk. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Agriculture, graduating in 2016 from Sri Karan Narendra Agricultural University in Jobner, Jaipur (Rajasthan). Dr. Bairwa furthered his academic journey by obtaining the Master’s degree in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry from Bihar Agricultural University in Sabour (Bihar), India. He earned his Ph.D. in Soil Science from Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University in Samastipur, Bihar consistently achieving first division throughout his studies. He has been honored with ICAR-NET and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research in New Delhi. With a dedication to advancing the field of soil science, Dr. Bairwa has contributed significantly to research. He has authored 13 research papers and 3 review papers published in peer-reviewed reputable journals.

Dr. A. I. Gabasawa
Biography:

Dr. Alhassan Idris Gabasawa is a soil microbiology, soil biochemistry and soil fertility expert with a special interest in rhizobiology, soil enzymology and environmental pollution and toxicology. He has completed his MSc Soil Science and PhD Soil Science (Soil Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Fertility) degrees from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (ABU), Nigeria.
Dr. Alhassan Gabasawa's educational background from such institutions as Usmanu Danofodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria and the ABU, has provided him with a solid foundation in crop and soil science knowledge and practice. Furthermore, his certification as a Registered Soil Scienntist (RSS) and membership to the International Union of Soil Science (IUSS), American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and many national professional societies highlight his commitment to providing state-of-the-arts services to agriculture and academia. His research outcomes have been published in many national and multinational peer-reviewed journals, and attended a number of conferences, workshops and seminars at both local and international levels.

After completion of more than 20 years of service he has been promoted to the post of Entomologist, West Bengal Higher Agricultural Service (Research), Group - ‘A’ in 2023 at Rice Research Station, Chinsurah. He has completed his career as an Agricultural Scientist of the state for more than 21 years in his career. Dr. Chatterjee served his career as Guest teacher/ Guest faculty at the University of Calcutta, Kolkata and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI), Narendrapur for more than 11 academic years by teaching M.Sc. students. He has been also conferred with many awards namely IDA Profile of the Month 2011, Budding Dentist Award 2010, Dental Youth Icon 2009, Student Ambassador and Mentor by the publishing group “Elsevier” and “The Best Post Graduate Student in Prosthodontics in India” in 2016. He has been recently awarded as “The Most Dynamic Dentist of the year 2021” during the Next Den Gen Awards 2021 where he was also appointed as the Guest of Honour and esteemed jury member. Most recently, he has been conferred with the “Distinguished Mentor in Oral Implantology 2021” award. Earlier, he was awarded “Doctor's Excellency Icon Award 2020” for excellent work in the field of dentistry by Geniuses World Records on the occasion of National Doctor’s Day i.e. 1st July 2020 & Global Outreach Healthcare Award 2020 under the category “Associate Editor of the Year” for exemplary work in the field of research by Global Outreach Medical & Health Association (GOMHA). He had also been conferred with the Appreciation Award for commitment and dedication to the field of dentistry on the occasion of International Dentist’s Day i.e. 6th March 2021 by team CynoDent (Global Healthcare for all). He was also awarded and honoured by the then Chief Minister of Punjab (Sh. Prakash Singh Badal) for securing highest marks during BDS 1st professional university examinations. He was also awarded with IDA Colgate scholarships and RN Kukar merit award throughout his academic career. He is the Council Member of Gergson Lehrmann Group (GLG). He had been the President of NDDSF (dental society) from Punjab State. Apart from the academics, he is actively associated with sports and cultural activities also. Mr. Suyog Khose is pursuing a PhD at the Department of Agricultural and Food Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He completed his M. Tech from the same department in 2020 and his B. Tech from CAET, VNMKV, Parbhani, Maharashtra in 2018.
Mr. Suyog Khose has qualified the ICAR ASRB NET in Land and Water Management Engineering in 2021. He was awarded the Best M. Tech Thesis for his Master's research project. Additionally, he achieved an AIR 88 in GATE in Agricultural Engineering in 2018, an AIR 12 in the ICAR-AIEEE-SRF exam in 2020, and an AIR 15 in the ICAR-AIEEE-JRF examination in 2018. He also secured the second rank in All Maharashtra in MCAER PG CET. Suyog has authored over 15 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has participated in more than 10 national and international conferences. He attends the EGU General Assembly 2023, held in Vienna, Austria. Furthermore, he has contributed articles to Marathi, Hindi, and English newspapers and magazines.
